On our way
I´m breathless, breath in and out in and out Linnea. I think that I´ve run and burned thousands of calories.
We ran through the entire airport and didn´t know where to go. Emelia looked at the plain board and we did only had 10 minutes left. Then, I saw the right gate 16. We passed through it and we´re finally at the plain. It lifts about 5 minutes. So this is the last 5 minutes in England. Generally, it has been a great yourney. Not exactly the way we planned but it did still went really well. I will never forget this trip. The plane will start soon so I have to shut down the computer.

wops that took 20 minutes because the train stood still at a station. There were some errors with the times, I don´t really know the problem. So Emelia and I must run to the airport as soon as we arrive because the plain lifts in 15 minutes. You can not say that we are lucky..

On the train
We are sitting on the train to London and everyting goes well.
Emelia and I bought a flower to the nice man James. There aren´t many that would let som foreign swedish people live at their house for free. But James is one special man. We said goodbye and gave him our address so that we can send letters to eachother.
There are three stations to go before we get to London and I really want a coke. I´ll be back in about 5 minutes.

It´s 11 o'clock
Emelia and I have just packed our bags, I mean the little handbag and our new toothbrushes. We shall soon clean up the gestroom that we slept in. I can´t tell you how thankful we are that we were aloud to stay here. I´m not sorry to not be in London. To be here in Cardiff has been great.
James will drive us to the train station at 14.30 pm.

Hello everybody!
I´m full of tea at the moment haha, you just could´t get enough. Do you know that the Britich people drinks 165 million cups of tea every day? ;) It´s sick but actually very pleasent, at least with good people.
I love all the english people that we have met. James is my friend for life. That´s a promise.
I´m really tired so we will go to bed now. We are gonna get up early tomorrow and have some great last hours in Cardiff.

We just came back and we had a lovely time. The castle were at the coast and it was a beautiful view up there. First we walked inside the castle and James told us some history. You saw that the furniture was expencive and fancy. Everything was beautiful, from the floor to the cealing. After a while we walked outside to the big green and elegant garden. James, Emelia and I had brought with us some food and juice. A little picnic.
Two of James friends passed by when we sat in the grass. We talked to them and they invited us over to their home for some english tea later. So we will go there now.

Day 6
Good morning!
I woke up to the sound of birds and I feel great. We will return back home tomorrow and I honestly don´t want to. Emelia and I have booked a train ticket from Cardiff to London´s airport heathrow for £17. We found a cheap flight ticket to Landvetter for £40. We have almost spent all our money that we bringed with us. But that´s life.
The plain lifts at 4 a'clock and we´ll be back home around 5.
James, Emelia and I will visit the castle today which is a famous sight in Wales. We are gonna walk in the big garden, also visit the castle within it´s walls.

It is wonderful here in Wales and we enjoy the time. We shall soon go to bed after a nice day in a car, at the yard and with the horses. I rode as fast as I could in the grass and we all had a great time. We are gonna order a flight home to Sweden tomorrow. We hope to find a cheap ticket that will fly us home to Guthenburg in two days because we don´t have a lot of money left. Let´s found out tomorrow then.

We are here!
The yard
The sun shines and it´s the most beautiful yard i´ve ever seen. Emelia, James and I have just cooked a good meat soup and planted the plants in the garden. It became very nice. Our bags with all clothes and stuff is still at the hotel so we went to buy toothbrushes and other necessary stuffs before. You have always some bad luck in life, I have learned that on this trip. But these two days will be exciting.
We are gonna walk 5 km to James 3 horses and ride in the green land now, I think it will be a lot of fun.

Goodmorning.
We feel a little better since yesterday and now we know where we are going.
James is the man that drives us. He lives in Wales on a yard in the green town Cardiff there he also working, in his yard. He told us that he was in London to buy special plants and beutiful flowers.
James is a friendly and very funny man, our new best friend maybe haha. I have noticed that he loves to listen to opera..not my kind of music but I can pretend that I love it.
Anyway, James has offered to drive us to Cardiff and let us stay at his house for two nights. The only condition is that we should help out in his yard. So fun! we will have a great time together.
I´ll blog more when we have arrived about 3 hours.

Day 4. I can´t believe it
This is the worst thing that can happen and it has now happened to us.
Ok listen..Emelia and I went out and sat on a bench in a park to drink some hot chocolate. We had a funny time with a lot of laugh.
We have a handbag together where we keep all our money, passport, hotel keys and cell phones. Then we started to walk back to the hotel. Somehow we forgot our handbag. As soon that we understood this we rushed all the way back to the brown bench. Lucky, it was still there. But we weren´t so lucky anyway. Someone had stolen our only hotel key. The strange thing were that the phones, all our money and passports was still in the bag. Who steals a key, but not money?
But here comes the worst part. When we came back to the hotel without any key they didn´t beliveve us. They thought we were some weird people that just wanted a hotel swit and free food. So they said byebye and left us outside.
I started to panic. We were alone in a town and had no place to stay at. We didn´t evan had enough money to rent a room in a hotel for 3 nights. We asked ourselfs: what should we do?
Emelia said outloud: We can stop a car and ask if they can drive us somewhere, anywhere..
That was a crazy idea but we had no other option.
It was ten o'clock in the evening and we stood at the roadside.
tick tock tick tock. It felt like the time went slower and slower. Suddently a car with a middle-aged man stopped and opend a door. We told him what happened and he welcomed us in to the car and that´s where I´m right now. I´m so thankful.
Now I´ve told you a bit. Time for us to sleep. Who knows where we are tomorrow.

Madame Tussauds
I´m home. Look at this picture that I have photographed. It looks like the real Johnny Depp or Captain Jack Sparrow.
I can´t explain with words how cool it really was but I will try my best.
Well at first when we arrived we had to buy tickets but that didn´t go as well as we thought because it was 3 school classes before us in the queue. We just looked at eachother and sighed, lucky us!
After 30 minutes were we almost first in the queue but of course... the cash register broke so we had to wait another 15 minutes for them to switch.
After we bought the tickets could we finally look around in the "museum" and that was a really fantastic experience.
It does almost feels like I have seen the celebrities in reality. Unfortunately I haven´t.
There were different departments like sport zone which were sculptures of famous sports stars, the scream section was a very scary place. Almost as if you were in a horror movie. Another really cool section was "music megastars" I saw Beyonce, the Beatles and Justin timberlake, so amazing.
We took the red bus back to the hotel after an fantastic day.
Let´s go to the steak house and eat buffé for £20.

YES. We have finally figured out where we should go today. We will visit Madame Tussauds and I´m really looking forward to it. We will take bus 74 and we´ll bring my camera.
One Madame Tussauds ticket costs 22.99£. I believe and hope that it´s worth the money!

Hello we are home from a wonderful walk in London. It´s a different place here. Everybody says hi when you walk by. At least 3 people have asked: Would you like a cup of tea?
They are so cute:) we will not say no if someone asks tomorrow. It would be nice.
Tomorrow we will do something that I long wanted to. We are gonna take a british red bus and travel around in London haha.
We don´t really know what to visit yet but we figure it out soon.

Back in track
After a whole day in Oxford street, I can tell you that we are tired.
Just a little facts that I learned today about Oxford street:
Oxford street is one and a half miles end to end. Most shops open 10pm until 6 or 7pm. There are shops like Topshop, Monsoon, ecco and H&M. Totally it´s over 3500 shops. I promise you, me and Emelia didn´t evan go to half of all shops.
I´m home with ha happy mood. It´s strange that we can be so happy just because we bought new stuffes.
I said to you that I was gonna write what I bought so here it comes:
A blue bikini from H&M on sale. 10£ =About 100 swedish SEK.
A nice summer dress. About 30£.
A lot of necklaces and bracelets. Also 10£.
Then we went to café Nerd and ate the tradition and the populur dish fish and chips. Not so special but it was good.
That cost us £5.

The great hotel!
OH WOOOW! that´s all I can say at the moment. I feel like a celebrity in this hotel. We don´t need to pay anything and now I really mean anything! we can evan eat nuts you know. And they does usually cost a lot. hmm what am I talking about, nuts for free?
anyway the view is beautiful and the bed is extremely soft. We can call to the hotel kitchen and order what ever we like. It´s 6 in the afternoon and I´m hungry, time to call and order some food haha.

Hi. All the butterflies in my stomach has disappeared. It´s a lovely feeling. You see I don´t like to fly but the trip went well and my self & Emelia are finally in London at the airport Heathrow. We need to call a taxi that will drive us to the hotel.

Today is the day!
Finally we will go to London, today is the day. Me and my friend Emelia won a trip to London for an entire week. We will get free accommodation at the five star hotel Hilton park lane. Wow isn´t life just wonderful?
Well.. I will bring my laptop so that I can blog and tell you all about what we do and how we doing while we are spending time in London.
